An Evening with the Archivist: Collections Launch Celebration
Join us for a special evening celebrating the launch of The Wayside Inn’s online collections! Archivist Lauren Prescott will give a short talk on the history of the Inn and its archives, highlighting some of the most interesting items from our collections and sharing stories from over three centuries of history. She will also discuss our years-long digitization project and demonstrate how visitors can now explore and search the Inn’s collections online.
Guests will have the opportunity to view a curated selection of objects and archival materials from the Inn’s collections (some on public display for the very first time) and discover the stories they hold. Your ticket includes a selection of refreshments and hors d’oeuvres.
