Dinner with Mr. Edison: A 1920s-inspired dinner at Longfellow’s Wayside Inn with living history interpreter Jonathan Hively portraying Thomas Alva Edison
During dinner Mr. Hively will discuss Edison’s technological inventions and entrepreneurial accomplishments, as well as his friendships with notables such as Henry Ford, Harvey Firestone, and John Burroughs. On display will be artifacts from Mr. Hively’s personal collection of Edisonia. Discover Edison and enjoy a menu of 1920s-era foods, including Edison’s favorite dessert, apple dumplings!
