The Grist Mill will open for the season in mid-April 2010. The Wayside Inn's water-powered Grist Mill opened on Thanksgiving Day, 1929 and is still used to grind the corn and wheat used for baking at the Wayside Inn. Open April through November, Wednesday through Sunday from 9AM to 5PM. Staffed by a trained interpreter, with grinding demonstrations on weekends. Call ahead advised.
